SAFETY, SECURITY and STORAGE… the hallmark of a Wire Mesh Partition System! Woven and welded Wire Partition systems provide security, safety, protection and access control to any business or municipality. Our woven & welded wire partitions are based on the simple concept that modular panels stack one on top of the other between tubular posts to reach the finished partition height. This all-welded, modular stackable system has a wide range of applications across many industries.

These pre-designed rooms are available with or without a roof… in two, three and four-sided configurations. Partitions are constructed from high quality steel wire, woven into an extremely strong frame. Modular components make installation easy; usually requires no change to existing heating, lighting or ventilation systems. Components bolt together quickly and can be easily relocated. Woven Wire Mesh Security rooms (and lockers) include a long-lasting maintenance-free powder coat finish.

What are common applications and industries for Wire Partition Systems?

These systems are ideal for drug company storage, electronic firms, military installations, cargo areas or stock rooms. They are also ideal for tool cribs, driver access cages, data center and DEA cages, machine guarding, multi-family storage lockers. PANELS, POST AND CEILINGS:

PANELS (Modular and Adjustable):

• Modular panels come in ten different widths, 1’ to 10’ in one-foot increments and two heights: 4’-0” and 5’-0”. Full height partition walls are built by stacking two or more panels between posts. Custom size panels available.
• Adjustable panels are built as a solid sheet metal panel, which are designed to fill small gaps in runs. Allows for adjustment from 1” to 11”. Ideal for hard to measure areas. Two heights: 4’ and 5’ match panel heights.

POSTS: Stock sizes are: 8’-5 1/4”, 10’-5 1/4”, 12’-5 1/4”. Hole layout allows for 3-1/4” sweep-space. Posts extend 2” above top of panel. Baseplate with holes for anchors welded to posts. Special height posts are available up to 40’. Floor anchors (3/8”) are always included!

CEILINGS (CLEAR SPAN)

Ceiling panels are interchangeable with wall panels and attach to partition walls with slotted angle. Clear spans up to 30’. Large ceilings are supported by horizontal ceiling tubes. Add to existing partitions without changing the layout. All ceilings are non-load bearing. Ceiling cutouts or drop-down doors also available.

HINGED AND SLIDING DOORS

HINGED DOORS: Hinged Doors come in 3’ or 4’ wide by 7’ 3-1/4” high openings. Transom panel are sized to match partition height. Door includes three 4” x 4” 10-gauge tight pin hinges. Padlock lugs are standard with cylinder locks available. Complete with two door posts and all required hardware. Universal construction, works for left or right hand, inside or outside swing. Custom sizes available.

DOUBLE HINGED DOORS: Double Hinged Doors come in 6’ or 8’ wide by 7’ 3-1/4” high openings. Inactive leaf secured by cane bolt (base) and chain bolt (top). Padlock lugs are standard with cylinder locks available. Complete with two door posts and all required hardware. Transom panel sized to match partition height. Universal construction with inside or outside swing. Custom sizes and no overhead obstruction doors available.

SLIDING DOORS: Sliding Doors come in 3’, 4’, 5’, 6’, 8’ or 10’ widths as well as full height partition openings of 8’ and 10’. Padlock lugs are standard with cylinder locks available. Complete with two door posts, two 4-wheel trolley trucks, 16-gauge track, and all required hardware. Universal construction, works for left or right hand, inside or outside slide. Custom sizes available. Tamper-resistant, sliding door receiver.

Optional Door and Windows include: Universal Hinged Doors, Sliding Tunnel Doors and Service Windows.

Accepts small format core. Back Lock options include: Interior Key (lock from both sides and keyed to match the face side), Door Knob (typical sized door knob for easy exit) and Lever Handle (alternative to standard door knob, meets ADA requirements).
